For Traveling Patients:

Welcome to Foothills Urogynecology. We’re grateful you have made the choice to seek care with our practice – whether you come from near or far – we have a Patient Services Team ready to make your visit easy. Our staff will help coordinate your visit, connect you to our Patient Care Coordinator for travel and hotel accommodations, and to our Surgical Coordinators, who will assist in all your preparations and after-surgery transportation.

Insurance Information:

Foothills is contracted with and accepts several insurance plans. We recommend contacting your insurance company prior to your appointment to determine if we are in-network.
